Return Policy: If the Product that you purchased from us works fine, but you don't like it for any reason, you can send it back for store credit within 7 days from your date of reception by UPS. Your return must be authorized by one of our sales representative and you can use your store credit for future product purchases. If you don't want to buy another product from us, we can take back the products and issue a refund to you, but in this case we have to charge a 15% restocking fee.

BATTERY AND ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED. All Nintendo products have a one year Manufacturer warranty directly with Nintendo.
If you purchased the product with no operating system installed we will support hardware problems only. BATTERY AND ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
If you are loading your own Operating System, then you are responsible for loading the proper software that is needed to operate any peripherals attached to the laptop, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The proper software includes the Operating System and any other software drivers needed to operate the laptop computer and its peripherals.
Go4computers.com will repair or replace defective products returned to our facility, but you must first request Warranty Service. To request Warranty Service, you must first contact Go4Computers.com within the warranty period and state the problem. If Warranty Service is required, Go4Computers.com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
First we try to solve your problem(s) over the phone. Before we can issue an RMA number or make any repairs, we must be assured that you are attempting to try the solutions given. This is required because we have received quite a few products that we tested fully functional, although that was not the customers intent. Please communicate with us, by describing the complaint in detail! When you contact our Customer service department at 1-888-812-7010 one of our representatives will issue you an RMA number. Please mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box. We ask that you please prepay the shipping charges to insure the shipment or you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Go4Computers.com will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you with the freight prepaid.
Once your product is received here at Go4Computers.com, it will be evaluated and tested for the specific problem you described. Go4Computers.com has full control on whether we repair or replace the product(s). Malfunctioning products will be repaired or replaced unless the problem(s) can be repaired, then no refund will be issued.
