Returns policy

Returns Policy Overview:

  • You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • New and unopened items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee (see partial refunds/restocking fees clause below).
  • Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
  • You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Returns may be rejected if NO Return Authorization Number is assigned (RMA#).
  • You must provide serial numbers on the back of the item at the time RMA is requested.
  • Please make sure this number is noted as reference on your Return label outside the box.
  • Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Some returns may qualify for paid return Postage.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 15 business days of returning your package to us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURNS:

  • YOU SHOULD CONTACT US FIRST to REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT NOTIFYING US THE PROBLEM.
  • YOU MUST PROVIDE SERIAL NUMBERS ON THE BACK OF THE ITEM AT THE TIME RMA IS REQUESTED.
  • ONCE RMA NUMBER IS ASSIGNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY.
  • IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT HAS A TRACKING OPTION, SUCH AS FEDEX FOR YOUR RETURN.
  • MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR RMA# AS YOUR REFERENCE ON RETURN LABEL.
  • PLEASE INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR THE FULL MERCHANDISE VALUE AND RETURN ALL PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, ACCESSORIES, MANUALS, ETC. THAT WERE INCLUDED WITH THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.
  • ANY DEFECTIVE ITEMS AFTER 15 DAYS MUST BE HANDLED DIRECTLY WITH MANUFACTURER.

Note: IF ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE: Soiled, water damaged, mishandled, and have missing parts or items, such as: cables, adapters, batteries ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Go4Computers reserves the right to refuse any returns not meeting any or all of these requirements.


Calculating Your Refund:
The following conditions and exceptions apply:

  • Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
  • If buyer claims an item to be defective (any electronics, such as: laptops, tablets, cell phones, androids, digital cameras, game consoles, accessories ), that have obvious signs of use and no defects within 30 days of delivery: 50% of item's price.
  • Any new and unopened items after 30 days up to 45 days: 20% of items price.
  • No refunds will e issued after this window frame.
  • Postage and handling charges are non-refundable

****Any items that are not deliverable, for whatever reason, are subject to Return Shipping Charges****

Receiving a Refund:

  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item within 5 to 15 business days after received at our location.

Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, email or call us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Please note, that item has to be new and unopened in order for you to receive your full refund. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

  • Please note that it takes us 5 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Location.

  • Our Hours of Operation for Customer Service are from 9 AM to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • Closed on Weekends and Holidays.
